Editorial comments: This text is a revision of Rainer's 1965 No Manifesto. Launched during the Manifesto Marathon organised by Hans Ulrich Olbricht in Serpentine Gallery in 2008, this text takes its manifesto quality both from the nature of the manifestation and from the strenght of the 1965 manifesto, as the two are widely published together.
