Published in “La Gazzetta del Popolo”, Turin, 28 December 1930, then in “Comoedia”, 20 January 1931; the idea of this manifesto came to Marinetti from a dinner in the restaurant Penna d'oca, Milano, 15 November 1930. Published also in the advertising brochute of the first Futurist restaurant, the Taverna del Santopalato, which opened on 8 March 1931 in Turin, and in the Futurist cookbook La Cucina futurista, 1932
