Editorial comments: The "rapport" is conceived as a base document for the discussions between the members of Internationale lettriste, Mouvement International pour un Bauhaus imaginiste and Comité psychogéographique de Londres, in the occasion of the foundation of the Internationale situationniste at Cosio d’Arroscia, July 28 1957. The text was not ment to be a manifesto, but largerly acquired this status over the time, as foundational act of the I.S.
